i can open the second site with my mobile phone, htc touch pro2 with skyfire browser, opera and internet explorer mobile has also an disconnect it is connectet via w-lan on my router but my destop pc and notebook with firefox & internet explorer can´t open it, maybe it´s a browser problem?

There weren't any reported problems with the website when this thread was created.

I will check again about the newly reported issues, but there are several things to keep in mind:

Aion is also being beta-ed in Japan, so many players are accessing the Japan PlayNC site for that reason, and this could affect performance on other parts of the site.

NCsoft Japan has website maintenance on Tuesdays, and this could affect performance as well. As I type this message, it is currently Tuesday in Japan.

Using that proxy (which resolves to http://guildwars.plaync.jp/) the website now appears.

Either theres a routing issue or plaync's japanese website has ip/country blocking.

Yep, same here. I am able to get on using the anonymous web surfing proxy.

there are also many other proxy pages who can´t shown that page this ist the only one wich is working, and it cant be a country, provider oder ip block cause my mobile phone on the same wifi natwork can show me the page without proxy page

It's the same problem. Don't think Aion has anything to do with it since it's been like this for over a month now. I've checked several times since then. Nothing has changed. I also reported it on Emily's wiki page and she also stated that it would be passed along.

I know you guy's don't really oversee that website though so the most you can do is pass the issue along but it's been like this for a long time now. Seems 1/2 can get to it, 1/2 can't. Also strange as it varies from country to country.
